Who doesn't love fall weather?? I think most residents of IL will agree that it's the best time of year. However, as always, Mother Nature loves to keep us on our toes when it comes to this time of year. When I think about going to the pumpkin patch, I think of jeans, sweatshirts, cold hands and noses. A nice fall day in my mind, which on the day we choose to go was far from it.
We went mid October (after the Bears game, of course) and it was hot and sweaty. But despite the weather, we had a great time enjoying our "fall" day!

Bens 1st Day of Preschool

My boy is officially a "big boy". He started Preschool at Trinity Lutheran School on August 30th, 2010. I was very nervous for him to start because I was unsure how he would react in a new setting, without me....his mommy. BUT, my boy is a "big boy" and walked into school like a champ, not even one tear in his eye. And I did pretty well myself, I only had one or 2 tears, which I managed to hold in until I made it to the car.




August 30th was also a big day for Addison....She, for the 1st time, wore underwear to Mary's house, And kept them dry all day! :)

And August was also a big day for our whole family. A trip to my Dr confirmed that we would be having another child due late February, early March!

We celebrated by going to dinner at Olive Garden!
