Swimming

The kids always have so much fun swimming at Diana's pool. While the Fenza's moved into their beautiful new home, my mom and I took the kids swimming. I think we got the better half of the deal.


Ben loves the water once he gets the hang of it. After being in for a while he was down to only one small floaty.

Carter wanted to make sure he was going to float. He had on water wings a round floaty and even carried a noodle around.

Back to the Fenza pool....Not quite as big as Diana's but the kids still had fun. Even baby Reese enjoyed herself.

The Turkey Basters were not a good idea.

Busy Ben

At only 3 Years old, Ben's calendar is full on most days. He's been having a great summer playing T-ball as part of the Sporty Spiders, Running in the Fun Run each week and playing with his friends. I'm starting to get a little jealous of his social life :)

Fun Run
Every Friday night Ben goes out to one of the local high schools and run's around the track. Each time he makes it around he gets a ribbon and on the last night he will get a trophy. He loves going but doesn't want to run alone, so daddy runs with him. They are so cute to watch.

T- Ball....Or as least that's what we signed up for.

The past 3 weeks Ben has been going to T-ball every Monday and Wednesday night. The 1st week they didn't even use a T. The 2nd week they started using balls and bats, but no glove or T's. By the last week they were starting to get the hang of it. I think I was sadder then Ben when it ended. He's going to miss playing at the park after practice, but that's about it.

Flash back to June 1st

A lot has happened this past June and I haven't been very good at keeping this blog updated. But it's only 10:30 and while the rest of my family sleeps, I am going to give my best shot at catching everyone up to date with the Carnahan kids!

Our Lot. it's Officially Ours. As of June 1st 2009, we own the property at 1 Indigo Run! While I was at Bunco Art took the kids out to the lot to start documenting our progress.

I think the kids were just happy to be able to run around in the dirt.
