Video Games

Since we were home all weekend, we decided to break out some of the Christmas gifts we have been avoiding. My parents got Ben a V tech bike that hooks up to the TV to play video games and Addy got horse that works the same way. Ben likes riding the bike, but after about 15 minutes tells me it's too hard. Addy just enjoys trying to stand up on both toys when we aren't looking!

Mohawk

Bath time is one of my least favorite parts of the night. I don't mind doing it, but would rather have Art give them the bath and then I get them dressed...so that's our normal routine. Last night it was my turn to step up and actually wash them. Since Addison finally has some hair I thought it would be cute for them to be in the "mohawk gang"!

Valentines Day....A day of LOVE
What does the word love really mean. I asked Ben what "love" meant and he looked at me with his beautiful eyes and said "I love you mommy, that's what it means". Then he told me he loved his "gas" too...as does every other male I know!

Ben tells me he loves me all of the time and it melts my heart every time he says it. Even when he's just saying it to try to get out of a time out. I'm still waiting to hear those precious words come out of Addison's mouth, well we are actually waiting to hear anything other than"uhhhh" (in a angry baby voice) come out of her mouth! :)

Little Pretty

This past weekend I did something I never thought I'd do... I pierced Addison's ears! With a little help from Devin and her wonderful sisters, Addy is now a little princess. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. She only cried for about 3 minutes and they haven't seemed to bother her. She doesn't really like it when I clean them, but she just doesn't want to take time out from what she's doing! Here's my little pretty!
